Selwood adds Ammann dealership

Selwood has completed a deal with Ammann Equipment to become its distributor in the south of England for the Ammann and Rammax ranges of compaction equipment. The arrangement takes effect immediately and complements the existing distributorship that Selwood has had for seven years, for the Ammann Yanmar range of mini excavators and tracked carriers.
The company, which is based in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire, has offered Ammann rollers in its own hire fleet for over three years and is in the process of placing an order for more equipment from the manufacturer. Operations Director Jon Sendell says, “The Ammann rollers in our fleet have proved very popular with customers and have an excellent residual value.”
